There is in Passaic, New Jersey, A teacher accused of offering a much better grade when they supplied images of their penises to him to two students.
According to NorthJersey.com, a Passaic High School student, identified only as Ro.C., maintained he consented to Jose Maria’s petition to send an image of his privates in a market for a better grade. However, a possible cause affidavit indicated that Ro.C. Provided the teacher with an image of a penis he’d gotten from the net.
The paper reported that Ro.C. Additionally accused of picking on him, Maria and yet another teen up to get alcohol and food to them Chinese.
The illicit conversations reportedly happened between 2012 and 2010. But, one of the victims’ relatives just recently found the text messages and contacted authorities, according to NJ.com.
At one point, R.NM, a mommy to one of those victims, reportedly confronted Maria concerning the explicit texts. Court documents said it had been that the teacher affirmed the texts were both actual and asked for forgiveness.
“Ro.C. Said his mother confronted Mr. Maria who confessed it, ” said he’d kill himself and asked her not to visit the authorities,” the affidavit said.
Ro.C. Afterwards reached out to Maria and the Spanish teacher allegedly claimed that he “made a mistake” which he’d acted on “urge” when asking the teen for images of his penis.
Maria was arrested Wednesday and charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a young child and one count of official misconduct. The 38-year-old has been released on the condition that he checks in weekly and doesn’t have any contact are anybody younger than 18.
A Passaic School District spokesman told NorthJersey.com that Maria has been a teacher as 2005. After his arrest, the district –with pay–from his 75,513 teaching position.
NJ.com noticed that when indicted, his suspension will end up unpaid.
